I just tried to schedule an appointment with the office for my two of my children and initially I was told to fax immunization records before I could schedule an appointment. When, I called to confirm they received the fax, I was told before I could schedule an appointment, I needed to fax a copy of progress notes from their previous doctors, this is discrimination, it is not required for any patient to provide their medical history before scheduling a patient, why did he become a doctor to pick and choose who he sees, this is really sad, I would never want to be patient of a medical practice that practices such politics!

This is my second time in this office and it is the second time I have a bad experience with Isabella customer service. She was very despotic and what I could see is that she doesn’t care about costumers. They should change that, we pay we don’t ask for anything for free and we deserve better attention. The doctor is the best. But what a shame that I have a person like Isabel working to the front
