Welcome to AAA Pediatrics. Here’s how we make your child’s first visit with us easy, thorough, and built around your family — whether it’s a newborn check, a transfer from another provider, or the first physical in years.
What to expect
From the moment you call to the visit summary in your portal, nothing is a surprise. Here’s exactly how the first visit works.
A few days before
A few minutes of prep ahead of time saves a lot of time in the waiting room on the day of the visit.

At the visit
What to expect
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Our team will confirm your info and help you set up the patient portal on your phone if you haven’t already.
We measure height, weight, and vital signs, and go through any forms or concerns you’ve flagged on your intake.
Your provider reviews history, examines your child head to toe, updates the growth chart, and works through every question on your list.
If any immunizations or age-appropriate screenings are due, we walk through what and why — and answer every question — before anything happens.
We summarize the visit in plain language, print any forms you need, and send a visit summary to your portal before you leave the parking lot.
After you leave
You don’t have to wait for the next appointment to get support. Here’s how to reach us between visits.
